First timer at Raising Cane's....I can say that this place has very good chicken fingers, fries and sauce and the bread was so dang soft, it melted in my mouth....they are a little overpriced though....for $8 I could have gotten more down the street at Zaxbys...all they serve are chicken fingers so the lines should never be that long with people deciding what they want....at the end of the day they served up good food and good service but if you're looking for variety you might want to keep driving.

A chicken fingers joint here in the east or the south. All they serve are chicken fingers. Where I come from, we call them chicken tenders. I usually order the 3 chicken fingers meal, which came with 3 chicken fingers, coleslaw, fries, and their dipping sauce. The chicken fingers were pretty juicy. The coleslaw wasn't as flavorful as I liked. It was almost bitter. The fries were ok. Nothing too special about them. The meal also came with a drink, which I got their sweet tea. Typical for any restaurant in the south.

We are visiting my son at CSU and he suggested we go here for lunch...OH MY GOODNESS at the deliciousness! The chicken strips are AMAZING and get even better when dipped in the sauce. The Texas toast is the best I've had, soft, buttery and hot! I thought the price was good for what you get, 4 fried chicken strips, the toast, fries, slaw and a drink for around $7. These should be everywhere, going to crave it when we leave!!!!!

I love Raising Canes. The chicken is consistently fried to perfection; crispy, tender and juicy. And it always comes out hot! The fries are very good, and the bread is great. I always opt for the Three Finger Combo. The star of this show is the sauce! It come in a small package and I always think it won't be enough for all three pieces of chicken, but guess what...It is enough! Everytime! And I usually end up dipping my fries and bread into it too. I use my bread to get even the little bit off the lid. IT's THAT GOOD ! I prefer to go in and sit to eat my meal. The interior is large, clean, and there are cool posters and tv's. Parking lot is small, and getting to the drive-thru requires you to circle the building. Not very well planned. Go. Enjoy. Try the sauce. Get addicted. Join a program. Relapse. Repeat.

They only do one thing, but they do it right! Tender, juicy, crispy chicken that is delightful when dipped into their tangy house made sauce. Sweet tea or lemonade - you can't go wrong either way!

This place has gone downhill in service the food is still decent but I had the drive thru lady roll her eyes at me for asking to at 3 fingers on to the order... That was on top of her poor attitude. Food is not enough to keep me going back to a place with poor service and I won't be back.

GREAT chicken tenders! Love the sauce! If you love chicken (who doesn't?) give Cane's a try. My only complaint is that there is not much variety of side dishes at this fast good chain. If you don't want a side of fries you are out of luck. But... the chicken more than makes up for it!

The best chicken on earth.! Clean and everyone is very polite. Do yourself a favor and try this place! If you want a burger go someplace else.

This place is very similar to Zaxby's. In my opinion, it's like a gourmet Zaxby's. I've noticed that people either love Raising Cane's or extremely dislike it. Whatever, I love it. Definitely the most moist and crunchy chicken strips I've ever had. Their fries aren't anything special, but the chicken is amazing. Literally. Disclaimer: Cane's is a little pricey. Expect to pay 10 bucks for a meal, but hey, most decent fast food cost that in 2014. Also, I only go to Charleston for hockey games, which means I can only eat here during the winter. Damn.

Great place for some great chicken, frys, SAUCE, and some sweet tea, I've been to the one in Las Vegas off of LVB and this place matches up well, great hot chicken frys and good service. I was glad when I found one in Charleston, I must warn you that once you have Canes you will crave it.

Fresh not greasy chicken fingers, love the ripple fries...crisp, golden, non-greasy. I actually like dipping the fries into the chicken dipping sauce, and their dipping sauce is great..spicy but not too. I guess it's like a guthrie sauce I think it's called at other places. The toast bread is good, but I usually give it away as I try to stay away from bread, especially since I'm eating breaded chicken and fries. The coleslaw is fresh and tasty as well. Great sweet tea that I mix into my cup with the non-sweetened tea and it's rare I would choose tea over my diet coke addiction. Service is pretty fast and hey, it's not gourmet..but it is what it is...a budget fast food joint. I actually think their chicken fingers are better than the Zaxby ones I remember from long ago and better than ones I tasted at California Dreaming ...and cheaper

Slippery floors if raining outside lol. But anyways, great food, clean restaurant, very nice people! I am a big fan of chicken & I loved theirs! Only issue I had, was they don't serve bbq sauce.. No big deal if you like the cane sauce. I personally prefer bbq. Overall, I think it was good (:

Average chicken fingers and somewhat soggy fries. Not bad for the price but not my favorite.

Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service. Quality of food was good...sauce REALLY good, spicy but, not overwhelming. I now know why our son is a HUGE fan!

I'm from GA, what do I know about Raising Cane's so I was blown away by a yelper who stated that it was better than Zaxby's, this alone made my BF be on board with trying it. This place is known for chicken tenders.... they were ok. Our chicken tenders came out hot, fries not so much and there was no seasoning what so ever on the fries... Cane's sauce reminded me of watered down Zax Sauce with pepper. The toast was good with the chicken tenders, fries went in the trash and the best part of my meal was the sweet tea. We paid a little more than intended for fast food and learned a valuable lesson, when trying new fast food.... start with a kids meal... I'm just saying...

Yum yum for the tum tum! Why can't I make this taste as good at home? Anyway, tasty! I like this better than Zaxby's because I like a little less spice on some of my food. "Whimp!" Yea, can't help it! Military discount!!

Chicken here was great, pretty much perfect. The people were also nice. Prices are high, in my opinion, but two of us shared a combo box and were satisfied.

I went there and got the sandwich combo the food is tasteless the sauce was the only flavor on the sandwich and that wasn't great either overall I won't be back to high for such low quality food better off with chik-fil-a

I just wanted to let you know how disappointed I was tonight when I came to your restaurant. I usually eat at your Mt. Pleasant and your N. Charleston location 3-4 times per month. I always bring my kids on a Monday or Tuesday night for Kids nights. I showed up and was told that management had gotten rid of kids nights. I had already ordered so I cancelled my order. We started coming to your restaurant when Chick-Fil-la got rid of their Kids nights on Tuesday nights. I encourage to reconsider your decision. I know lot of Mt Pleasant families come to your restaurant because of this night. We will be eating at your restaurant a lot less if you don't reinstate Kids night.

Raising Cane's seems to be the home of pure simplicity. Their menu consists of only four combo meals. But I will admit their experts at their menu. Their chicken is extremely well cooked and thoroughly fresh. Their sweet tea leaves me satisfyingly satisfied. Also their Cane's Sauce clearly leaves me floating on a fluffy white cloud of euphoria. Unfortunately their fries are mediocre at best. It is not because they were not fresh but because they were completely bland. They also give you a lot of ice and I know I could dump some out or even ask for no ice. But I should not feel the need to do so. Their wait time was a little long for fast food but that explains the freshness of their chicken. My experience of Raising Cane's could be summed up in a simple equation of two negatives making a positive. Bland fries minus the cup of ice equals absolutely phenomenal chicken fingers.

Simply, fabulously delicious. Cane's sauce is phenomenal, and would be worth a trip if served with stale, white bread, much less Cane's totally fresh chicken fingers. I acknowledge that the fries are not quite good enough to order without the chicken fingers -- but hey the chicken is why everyone is here. The employees really take pride in the restaurant, and it shows. Please open a Canes in Charlotte - it's an awfully long drive for such good chicken!

So happy they have Canes here! Moved from Houston and I'd die without raising canes! Zaxbys has NOTHING on Cane's!

Great chicken tenders every time we go. The staff is pretty friendly. This is a great alternative to some of the other more common places. Only issue is the bread is obviously frozen.

Vegetarians need not apply. What Raisin' Canes does not offer in menu variety (your choice of chicken tenders or chicken tenders or chicken tenders), they make up for in quality of their foodstuffs. The chicken tenders are extremely juicy and tender. The batter on them is nice and light as well. The fries here are nothing special, but they are good. They are crinkle-shoestring fries with a nice salt coating. Meals also come with a piece of Texas toast which is great as well. It has a nice consistency and a good flavor. The sweet tea here is stupendous. Excellent sweet tea. I also enjoy their crushed ice which provides a larger beverage to ice surface area for cooling.

I thought about writing a long well thought review but then I read Tristan B's review and it summed up everything I would have written anyways. Probably the best fast food chicken place around and they never skimp on anything.

Call me crazy but I don't see a big difference from Raising Cane's and Zaxby's and I think personally I like Zaxby's better. It was good food -- just nothing too special. Service was awesome in the drive thru --- very nice employees.

I'm from Virginia and there are no raising canes there so when I went on vacation to South Carolina I had to give them a try. I order the 3 finger combo which came with 3 chicken fingers, fries, Texas toast, and sauce. The chicken fingers were some of the best chicken fingers I've had. The fries were ok, no better or no worse than zaxbys. The sauce was good but I can't really describe the flavor because it's very different than a normal dipping sauce. I didnt eat the toast but my shopping buddy's comment on the toast was "its toasty". The workers were friendly and inside had a nice atmosphere.

Oh man i love Zaxbys and this beats the pants off of Zaxbys. The fries are smaller than the zaxbys fries but they are cooked to perfection. Its like a hybrid of Mcdonalds and Zaxbys. The chicken is tasty, and a perfect size. (get the honey mustard sauce, it's heavenly) It is truly fresh, just like the sign says. If you drive by and are hungry do not hesitate to stop and eat here. The staff was also really nice.

Excellent chicken fingers and the sides were pretty good too. The fingers are similar to Zaxby's but seem fresher and have a lighter batter. Definitely made me think of the old Guthrie's in Athens. The restaurant was very clean and neat and the service was fast and friendly. Wish there was one in Atlanta.
